What you buy
Digital audio plugins for macOS on Apple silicon, in CLAP and VST3 formats. Each plugin costs €25. The bundle of all plugins costs €99. Prices shown at checkout include any VAT that applies to you.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. We accept cards only. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
After payment, we email a signed download link from orders@gda-audio.com. The link is valid for 72 hours. If it expires, use the reissue link in the same email or write to support@gda-audio.com.
Right of withdrawal
In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered right away, that right ends once delivery begins, if you agree to this beforehand. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available. After that, the purchase cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
Faulty downloads
If a plugin does not install or work as described, write to support@gda-audio.com. Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

Your use of the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement on this page.

End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and OUROVOROS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Perikleous Kavda 24, 55236 Panorama, Greece, trading as GDA (Georgios Delkos Audio) (“GDA”, “we”). It covers the audio plugins you buy from gda-audio.com (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept these terms.
1. License
When your payment is complete, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software you paid for. The license does not expire.
You may install the Software on any number of computers that you own or control, as long as only you use it.
2. What you may do
- Use the Software to make, mix, and master audio for any purpose, including commercial releases, film, games, and client work. You do not owe us royalties.
- Keep backup copies of the files you downloaded.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, rent, lend, share, sublicense, or give away the Software or your download link.
- Upload the Software to file-sharing sites or make it available to others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software to build a competing product, except where the law allows this and cannot be limited by contract.
- Remove copyright notices from the Software.
4. No copy protection, no data collection
The Software has no license key, no activation, and no copy protection. It does not connect to the internet, does not phone home, and does not send us any data. We rely on you to respect this agreement.
5. Updates
Bug-fix and compatibility updates to the version you bought are free when we release them. We are not obliged to release updates. A new major product may be sold separately.
6. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. GDA keeps all rights not granted to you in this agreement.
7. Warranty
We want the Software to work well. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content in the EU, are not affected by this agreement. Beyond those rights, the Software is provided “as is”, without other warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost data, lost profits, or lost sessions. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
If you break this agreement, your license ends. You must then delete the Software.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
